FAQ-Biogas

Any type of easily bio degradable waste such as cooked waste, food left over, vegetable waste, rotten vegetable, leaf spinach meat, fish and ripe fruits etc. The Lemon, fresh tamarind, egg shell, Bones, chemicals, soap and detergent should be avoided.
Yes. The organic waste water generated in the kitchen such as waste water obtained while cleaning rice, fish and meat etc. can be treated.
Collect easily degradable waste mixed with the liquid waste from the kitchen and pour it in to the plant through inlet tank in the ratio of 1:2.For example if u r feeding 1 kg of waste then 2 litre of water should be fed along with the waste.
During the Bio methenation process one by product is generated in addition to Biogas that is liquid fertilizer called Bio-slurry. The slurry is produced everyday and it can be used for gardening purpose or agriculture purpose.
It depends on the requirement of client and we can use portable model for treating waste upto 50 kg and industrial model for any quantity of waste treated.
The treated slurry can be used as bio manure for gardening or reused along with the waste if required. It contains high NPK so using treated slurry will yield good results.
The gas generated from the plant is stored in the gas holder attached in the plant or in a separate balloon type gas collector.
The easily degradable waste mixed with the waste water from the kitchen is fed in to plant through the inlet tank. The waste is converted into gas with the help of a special type of anaerobic bacteria in a sealed space without the contact of the air. This technology is known as Biomethanization.
We have designed all the plants in such a way that there will be no bad smell in and around the bio waste treatment plant working with night soil (Human Excreta) as the feed material.
The bio gas generated through night soil treatment can be utilized for any application similar to biogas generated from other waste materials. Bio gas generated from night soil treatment plant has Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) the presence of which is a little higher than that is produced from other sources. So it is better to filter / scrub H2S before the utilization of biogas. Normally we recommend for electricity project compared to cooking gas.
Bio-methanization is the basic technology used in our projects. But the designs of anaerobic digesters are developed by Our Company to meet the requirements of different categories of domestic and institutional customers.
There are no recurring expenses for the portable domestic plants operation, for institutional waste to electricity or waste to energy projects there will be minimum expenses of operator salary, minor electrical equipment servicing charge if any attached to the plant.
Kaveish Bioenergy is Bio waste management solution provider which is promoting the waste management for a better tomorrow. So we offer regular training programmes for individuals and institutions particularly for those who are really interested in bio energy projects.
Our domestic and institutional units are designed in such a way that it can be installed in a minimum space compared with other existing models in the field.
The KVIC model portable plants, RCC digesters and waste to electricity plants which are designed and developed by our company have been approved by Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Govt. of India. So these types of plants installed in India are eligible for the subsidy from MNRE, Govt. of India.
With the proper utilization of bio gas and treated solid and liquid bio manure the maximum payback period will be 24 to 36 months.
The life of all our plant is 20 years.
